Role Description The Head of HR Operations at EnerZ is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include leading HR process improvements, supervising HR administration, managing employee lifecycle activities, and coordinating payroll and advantages operations.
The role also involves partnering with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development, while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Head of HR Operations will manage HR teams, provide guidance to managers on people-related matters, and use data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
