Role Overview

As the Business Crew – Fashion, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Fashion department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, team performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Fashion department.
Improve conversion, average bill value (ABV), units per bill (UPT), and repeat customer engagement.
Deliver personalized product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and style.
Identify opportunities to maximize category performance through upselling and cross-selling.

Customer Experience

Deliver a premium, personalized, and consultative shopping experience.




Understand customer preferences and provide relevant styling and product recommendations.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Build long-term customer relationships through trust, product knowledge, and personalized service.
Support fashion events, launches, styling activities, and in-store brand activations.

Operations & Inventory

Ensure merchandise is fully stocked, well-presented, and compliant with Broadway merchandising standards.
Monitor stock availability, replenishment, size availability, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
Maintain high standards of store hygiene, organization, and product handling.

Brand & Merchandising

Execute visual merchandising guidelines for the Fashion category.
Ensure products are displayed as per brand and Broadway standards.
Support recent collection launches, promotional
