Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Retention Marketing Lead with 6 to 8 years of proven expertise to spearhead our omnichannel lifecycle strategy. In this pivotal role, you will bridge our physical retail footprint and our proprietary digital Shopping Application. Your primary mission is three-fold: design automated loops that retain brick-and-mortar customers, seamlessly onboard and convert them onto our mobile shopping app, and maximize lifetime value (LTV) by building a sticky,



cross-channel ecosystem. Additionally, you will own the organic top-of-funnel strategies required to scale our shopping application's user base through zero-cost, high-retention organic acquisition loops.

Key Responsibilities

Omnichannel Lifecycle & App Migration (Offline-to-Online)
Store-to-App Conversion: Design, launch, and optimize highly targeted In-Store-to-App (O2O) onboarding funnels—leveraging QR codes, smart POS integrations, and in-store clienteling tech to turn physical buyers into active app users.
Dual-Sided Retention Ecosystem: Architect a unified, friction-free lifecycle framework that incentivizes customers to shop both down the aisle and via the shopping app, elevating total wallet share.
Cross-Channel Messaging: Own the end-to-end strategy for automated app push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, WhatsApp, and email flows designed to drive repeat purchases across both touchpoints.
