Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply and service levels.
- Vendor Development: Identify, on-board, and develop secondary/new vendors for existing product lines to mitigate risk and improve competitiveness.
- New Launches & NPD: Drive end-to-end sourcing requirements for New Product Development and support smooth commercial rollouts for new menu launches.
- Commercial & Contractual Operations
- Lead commercial negotiations and rigorously track/manage Total Cost of Ownership across assigned categories.
- Value Engineering: Identify and execute value engineering projects to optimize costs without compromising on QSR quality and food safety standards.
- Legal Compliance: Facilitate and finalize legal contracts, SLAs,



and commercial agreements in close coordination with our internal Legal team.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and upgrade MIS trackers utilizing Advanced Excel and Power BI to monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and pricing elasticity.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly review decks (PPT) for supply chain leadership.

Qualification & Experience:
- Education – Degree in Food Tech or MBA in Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years of core procurement experience (QSR, Food Tech, or FMCG background highly preferred).
- Solid analytical mindset with proven hands-on experience in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
