Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GSA - Housekeeping to join our hospitality team at ibis Hyderabad HITEC City Hyderabad, India. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. As a GSA - Housekeeping professional, you'll work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to ensure every guest room, suite, and public area reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
- Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established hotel standards and brand guidelines
- Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while maintaining exceptional presentation and organization




- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special requirements, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and care
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, room status updates, and any concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner
- Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for guests and staff
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills when addressing guest needs or operational challenges
- Maintain professionalism and reliability in attendance and punctuality

Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent education
- Diploma or Certifica
