Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and motivate Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Sales Executives to deliver business objectives.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and dealers across the region.
- Expand retail coverage and improve market penetration in urban, semi-urban, and rural markets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales while ensuring healthy inventory levels throughout the distribution network.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and institutional customers.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
- Review sales forecasts and prepare regional business plans and budgets.
- Analyze sales data and recommend corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.




- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit control.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and evaluate the regional sales team to enhance performance and capability.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical business practices.
