As an Associate Manager – SEO, you will work on building and maintaining these signals at scale — ensuring our customers are not just visible, but recommended.

What You’ll Do
1. Technical SEO & Website Health
- Audit and improve crawlability, indexing, and site structure
- Implement on-page SEO improvements (metadata, headings, internal linking)
- Work on structured data (schema: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, etc.)
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with developer teams for fixes
- Ensure websites meet performance and usability benchmarks





2. Local SEO (Core Layer)
- Optimize Google Business Profiles (categories, services, posts, Q&A;)
- Maintain NAP consistency across directories and citations
- Improve visibility in local search and maps
- Support review monitoring and response strategy

3. AEO & GEO (AI-era Search Optimization)
- Structure content so it can be understood and surfaced by AI systems
- Implement FAQ schema, entity signals, and structured content formats
- Optimize for voice search and conversational queries
- Support geo-targeted content and multi-location presence where required

4. Conversion & Experience Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve conversions
- Work with design and content teams to enhance user journeys

5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely and collaborate with:
- Website teams
- Content teams
- Social teams
- PPC team
