Job Description:

Position: Tool Room Design Engineer

Location: Palghar

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:
- Design tools, dies, molds, and fixtures as per production needs
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using CAD software
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams for tool manufacturing
- Modify and improve existing tools for better performance
- Ensure tools meet quality and safety standards
- Support current product development (NPD) activities
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues and provide solutions
- Maintain design records and documentation
- Monitor tool performance and reduce downtime

Required Skills
- CAD software knowledge (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
- Tool design knowledge (dies, molds,



fixtures)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Drawing reading and interpretation
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic quality and material knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills

Required Qualification:- Diploma - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 3.50 LPA
