Role Purpose:

The Business Analyst will be a strategic partner to our commercial team and be critical to providing the required insights for decision-making.



You will move beyond standard reporting to provide high-level "predictive" insights that drive our top-line growth in existing and adjacent markets whilst improving our margins and driving the launch of new products to market. You will act as a primary advisor to the Brand and commercial sales teams.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
- Reporting: Partner with the Commercial team to provide customers with required intelligent reporting aligned to customer needs.
- Commercial Strategy & Forecasting: Develop financial models to build a bottoms up forecast of sales revenue and demand. Identify variances between actual performance and forecast.
- New product innovation: Partnering with commercial and operational functions to drive governance around the development and tracking of business cases underpinning new product creation through to commercialisation
- Pricing & Margin : Track product profitability in commercial pipeline and recommend pricing strategies to maximize margins.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor industry shifts
