Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime of CNC VMC machines and related equipment.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any machine breakdowns, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults to restore operations to normalcy.
- Maintain and update CNC programming and PLC configurations as required for improved machine functionality and process optimization.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineering and technical personnel, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Source and procure specialist components, fixtures, and fittings necessary for machine repair and maintenance, maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
- Manage maintenance budgets with a focus on cost control while ensuring availability of resources and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive statistical data and machine records to track performance trends, maintenance history, and inventory of parts.
- Develop, document,
and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to standardize best practices and maximize equipment reliability and lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the manufacturing division.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities to safeguard personnel and assets.
