1. Business/Function
• Adopting and Implementing Risk Based audit methodology, planning the audit schedule for state/ region with the Head Audit to ensure coverage in line with RBAP.
• Ensure to conduct/ cover process and thematic audit as and when required as per Annual Audit Plan.
• Efficient allocation of Audit Assignment among the team members.
• Ensuring prescribed samples are covered in each audit
• Review of Audit Work Papers
• Ensuring accomplishments of Monthly /Quarterly annual audit plan for allotted areas.
• Check adherence of internal policies, processes & products with the applicable RBI rules and regulations.
• Highlight the design & operational level gaps identified during audits to the concerned stakeholders for enhancement of audit.
• Must conduct independent process/lending product audits

2. Customer (Both Internal & External)
• Skilled and cordial relationship to be maintained at all the times with the Auditees during and after the Audit.




• Ensure audit team shares the Daily observation sheet with the Business Team during the audits and the Draft Audit findings after closing meeting.
• Stringent monitoring of Non-compliances from Business units as well as from other functions.
• Assisting Head Credit Audit for preparation and submission of various RBI required data to Compliance department.
• Assisting Head Credit Audit for providing data as per Head Office/RBI-AFI, requirement as applicable.
• To liaise with Concurrent Auditors

3. Internal Process
• Assisting Head Credit Audit for ensuring Audit Reports are rolled out within the prescribed timelines
• Ensure quality & reliability of the audit reports.
• Assisting Head Credit Audit in circulations & closure of all the audit reports
• Preservation of Circulated and Closed Report for RBI review if any required.
• Any critical issues, lending frauds etc., to be immediately communicated to the Head Credit Audit.
• Execution of Audit with the junior team members to monitor &
