About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to sit in the Founder's Office and own two connected motions: converting trial accounts into paying customers, and driving deep product adoption, seat expansion, and renewal across our existing enterprise base.

What You'll Do

Trial Conversion
Own onboarding and activation for accounts in active trial, driving them to "aha moment" fast
Track trial usage and engagement to identify stalled accounts and intervene proactively
Demonstrate clear ROI to convert trials into paying customers

Retention & Expansion (Paid Accounts)

Drive seat expansion and upsell within existing accounts by increasing RM/user adoptio




nBuild solid relationships with key stakeholders (RMs, team leads, decision-makers) at customer organization
sRun regular check-ins, QBRs, and training sessions to maximize product utilizatio
nOwn retention and renewal targets, and be directly accountable for NRR/logo retentio

What We're Looking F

1–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing — BFSI/fintech/SaaS background prefer
