Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Processing
- Drive seamless admissions experience by managing applications from enquiry through to offer and enrolment.
- Ensure excellence in application processing through accurate assessments, compliance oversight, and meticulous record management.




- Support student success by collaborating with stakeholders, resolving complex cases, and delivering timely, student-focused outcomes.

2. Student and Stakeholder Support
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely, accurate, and professional support to students, agents, and internal stakeholders throughout the admissions journey.
- Act as a trusted admissions advisor, offering clear guidance on entry requirements, application progress, and required documentation to ensure a seamless applicant experience.
- Build robust stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams to resolve enquiries, address application issues, and drive positive student outcomes.

3. Compliance & Quality
- Drive compliance excellence by ensuring all admissions activities adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
