Job Description: Marketing or Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Water Treatment, Air Purification, and UV System markets across India, GCC, and Europe.
- Generate qualified sales leads through online research, industry databases, company websites, LinkedIn, trade directories, and other digital platforms.
- Identify and map key decision-makers including consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, facility managers, government bodies, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and structured follow-up campaigns.
- Qualify prospects based on customer requirements, applications, project stage, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing prospects and converting enquiries into qualified business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, technical presentations,



and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Consultant & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, architects, MEP consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key industrial customers.
- Promote company products for inclusion in project specifications and approved vendor lists.
- Conduct consultant meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle until project closure.
- Manage assigned key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Sales & Commercial Coordination
- Prepare skilled quotations, commercial proposals, and business correspondence.
- Maintain and update product price lists and proposal templates.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to prepare timely and accurate proposals.
