The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S;, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value,



drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.
We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help design & build AI and Agentic solutions that enhance applications, streamline business processes & deliver real value for customers. You will deliver repeatable AI and Agentic solutions. In this role, you’ll work with others on technical engagements across design, build, and operations, removing blockers and accelerating adoption of Microsoft AI solutions built on Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub and data platforms. You will deliver engagements leveraging existing Repeatable IP and execution engines with accountability for delivery excellence, consumption growth, and successful deployment for the customer. You’ll be certified in priority workloads like Azure AI and Data Platform services, cloud native app services, GitHub and related developer
