About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-focused Social Media & Content Executive who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and share.
This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who has strong creative ideas, actively follows social media trends and is excited about experimenting with new content formats and AI-powered content creation.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, with a particular focus on creating engaging short-form video content such as Reels and TikToks.
The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, scripting, research, video concepts and content creation, with strong prompt-writing skills being an key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and other short-form video content.
- Conceptualise creative content ideas, hooks, scripts and video formats.




- Write effective prompts for AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, video concepts, visuals and creative variations.
- Use AI tools regularly to improve the speed and quality of content creation.
- Stay continuously updated with social media trends, trending audio, memes, formats and platform updates.
- Understand how social media algorithms work and optimise content for better reach, engagement, watch time and retention.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile and video-editing tools.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy suited to each platform.
- Build and maintain social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across different channels.
- Adapt one content idea creatively for different platforms instead of simply reposting the same content everywhere.
