Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Menswear Designer cum Technical / Product Developer to handle both creative design and product development for premium menswear. The role involves designing seasonal collections, researching trends, selecting fabrics, preparing tech packs, coordinating sampling, ensuring garment fit and quality, and working closely with production and vendors for timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal menswear collections, concepts, and product ranges.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and customer preferences.
- Select fabrics, linings, buttons, and styling elements.
- Prepare tech packs, measurement charts, and specification sheets.
- Coordinate proto, fit, and production samples.
- Review garment fit, measurements, construction, and quality.
- Work closely with production teams, vendors, and sourcing teams.
- Maintain design documentation, BOMs, sample trackers, and product development records.




- Ensure timely execution while maintaining design intent and product quality.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in premium menswear design and product development.
- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fit evaluation, and fabric behavior.
- Hands-on experience in tech pack preparation and sample development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, vendor coordination, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

Experience
- 5–8 Years in Menswear Design, Technical Design, Product Development, or Apparel Manufacturing.

Qualification
- Graduate in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or a related field.

Industry
- Menswear Apparel (Premium Tailoring, Suits, Shirts, Formalwear, Occasion Wear, Ethnic Wear).
