Role overview:
- The Vice President, Operational Risk & Third-Party Risk Management will lead the centralized operational risk execution framework supporting the Enterprise Risk function across multiple business units, including Liquid Credit, Private Credit, and Multi Asset Credit / Investment & Asset Based Credit.
- This individual will partner closely with onshore business-aligned Risk Leads who maintain primary accountability for risk oversight within their respective businesses. The VP will be responsible for driving consistent execution,



governance, reporting, and operationalization of the enterprise operational risk framework through a scalable offshore operating model supported by a Center of Excellence (COE) team.
- The role will oversee core operational risk management activities including incident management, key risk indicators (KRIs), data quality and governance issues, risk and control assessments, remediation tracking, third-party risk coordination, and enterprise risk reporting. The individual will play a critical role in establishing process discipline, governance standards, and management reporting across the risk organization.
