Talent Acquisition- US
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for US Staffing roles (Trainee Recruiters, Recruiters, Leads, Support functions).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations (communication, aptitude, cultural fit).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
- Schedule and manage interview processes (R1, R2, HR rounds).
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS and internal trackers.
- Drive offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding process.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality metrics, and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Work on employer branding initiatives (job postings, walk-ins, campus drives, social hiring).

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in US Staffing industry.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
