About This Role:
Veranex has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Director / Controller, India. You will be part of a team working to improve lives globally through medical technology innovation. The Rev Associate Director / Controller, India is a senior finance leadership role based in Bangalore, India, supporting a global organization with multiple legal entities, a US GAAP consolidated reporting structure, and a Bangalore-based Shared Service Center (SSC) supporting other countries in which the company operates.



This individual will serve as the accounting and controllership lead for the India legal entity — which has both local operations and a shared-services mandate for other regions — while also functioning as an Assistant Controller to the Global Controller at Corporate HQ and as a finance partner to the Regional Controller in Europe.
What You Will Do:

Lead, mentor, and manage the Revenue Recognition team, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Own end-to-end revenue recognition processes under ASC 606, including contract review, performance obligation identification, transaction price allocation, and timing of recognition.
Oversee invoicing processes and ensure alignment between billing, contracts, and revenue recognition treatment.
Partner with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk teams on contract structuring to ensure appropriate revenue treatment for new and non-standard deals.
