Job Description:

Position: Shift Incharge/Sr. Executive - Production

Location: Degam Near by Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities and shift operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine operations, production processes, and manpower utilization.
- Handle production-related issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
- Ensure product quality, process parameters, and production standards are maintained.
- Prepare shift-wise production reports and maintain necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures.
- Train and guide operators and production staff.
- Minimize production downtime, rejection, and material wastage.




- Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Robust team handling and shift management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 4.20 LPA
