Job Description:
• Service Penetration - Keep the momentum - This is bring in customers, revenue • Service KPIs - Response time, Max TTR - 24 & 48 Hours, FTR, FVR, CDI (Detractor % and Passive customers), Repeat and Multiple SRs • CPCBIV+ readiness - Manpower, Tools and Parts. Manpower all CPCBIV+ trained dealer engineers should be in touch with our team so there is no attrition • CC drive • Dealer manpower utilization and escalation setup • RCA, PIR, Competitor information • GOEM & OEM coordination and performance monitoring. • Handling customer complaints and maintain service KPIs of the territory. • Identification of training needs of SE of SDs and deputing them timely for training • Take care of service penetration activity in the zone. • Timely feedback to RRT on critical failures and submit PIR on time
