What will you do?
- In this role you will coach and develop team members reporting directly and you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory
- Further,



you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory, and you will work closely with BU Head to ensure BU targets are met
- Additionally, you will manage the Key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth and you will coordinate with plant / distribution / support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers
- Likewise, you will ensure timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory and address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely redressal
- Moreover, you are in charge of generating new large/strategic leads and converting the leads to business wins
- Collecting and reporting market intelligence information related to competitor actions in marketplace is a part of your responsibility

- You have a bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, finance, or technical discipline
- Further, you have four to eight (4-8) years of industrial
