Job Description – Senior Software Engineer (Java Full Stack)
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with solid expertise in Java-based enterprise application development and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and enhancing mission-critical applications while mentoring junior engineers and driving engineering excellence through AI-enabled development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Angular.
- Analyze existing applications and drive modernization initiatives, including architecture improvements, performance optimization, and cloud-ready design.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and solution discussions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through technical coaching, best practices, and code quality improvements.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
- Promote secure coding, performance tuning, and high-quality software engineering practices.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted testing and code analysis) to improve engineering productivity and quality.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing.

Required Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Core Java (Java 8/11/17) and advanced Java concepts
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Hibernate/JPA
- RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- SQL and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, design patterns, and system scalability.
