Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production processes.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
- Monitor production schedules and minimize downtime and wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and PPC teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and company policies.
- Identify production issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and other MIS.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality team for deviations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S on the shop floor.
- Train, guide, and motivate production operators and workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and cost
