Role Objectives:
- Lead GCM digital-content operations and analytics, including channel readiness, content dissemination, omnichannel performance measurement and continuous improvement ​
- Translate approved Medical channel priorities into scalable operational plans, common measurement standards and actionable content and channel insights ​
- Partner with Global Medical teams, Data Dissemination capabilities, LOCs, DD&T; and Medical Excellence to run and enhance enterprise omnichannel capabilities
