US Payments Business Analyst – Wire & SWIFT Payments role at Fiserv (Pune) targeting candidates with 8–10 years of experience.

- SWIFT payments and messaging
- Business analysis and requirements management
- Payment operations and process improvement
- Stakeholder collaboration across business, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create:




- Functional requirements
- User stories
- Process flows
- Use cases
- Acceptance criteria
- Support wire transfer and SWIFT payment initiatives
- Conduct:
- Gap analysis
- Impact analysis
- Root cause analysis
- Work with development and testing teams
- Support UAT and implementation activities
- Ensure compliance with payment controls and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement after implementation

Mandatory Skills
✅ 8–10 years of Business Analysis / Payments / Banking Operations experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Wire Transfers
✅ Robust knowledge of SWIFT Payments
