We are seeking an experienced Tower In-Charge (Civil) for its Project Management Services (PMS) division for a prestigious high-rise residential project.
The role involves managing civil execution, quality, progress monitoring, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned residential towers as per project standards, specifications, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee civil execution activities for high-rise residential towers including RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, façade, flooring, and related works.
• Monitor project progress,quality standards, construction methodology, andcompliancewithapproved drawings/specifications.
• Conductsite inspections, quality checks, snagging/de-snagging, and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC teams, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
