JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary
The Documentation Management Support Specialist identifies and index documents. Provides document support by monitoring and processes electronic mail for Customer Service and Loan Resolution Departments.

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance preferred.





Relevant Experience
- One to two years' Mortgage Servicing experience preferred.
- Overall experience of 2 to 4 years.

Technical Know-how/Tools used
- To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internal Software.
