Job Title : Lead Proposal Engineer

Experience : 6 - 8 Years

Compensation : 8 - 10 lacs p.a.

Job Location : Vadodara

Lead Proposal Engineer with strong experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals for international clients, particularly in Oil & Gas, Process and EPC projects. The role involves end-to-end proposal ownership and close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of techno-commercial proposals for DCS, PLC and Electrical Panels.
- Study RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents from international EPC and end customers.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, cost estimations, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for accurate costing.




- Handle clarifications, deviations, and pre-bid queries with clients.
- Support negotiations and order finalization with international customers.
- Maintain proposal records, tender trackers, and documentation.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, standards, and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in proposal / estimation for Control Systems & Electrical Panels.
- Knowledge of international standards and project execution practices.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
