Senior Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on senior-level hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing, and pipeline management.
- Solid understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) software.
- Experience with resume screening and candidate filtering tools.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for recruitment.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights on recruitment metrics.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with video interviewing tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in a global recruitment environment.
- Relevant experience in the IT, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Demonstrated experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
