Description
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the Banking Staffing vertical. Your expertise will contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria and job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and build a strong network of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present suitable candidates to clients, ensuring a smooth selection process.
- Negotiate and finalize employment terms with successful candidates.
- Onboard recent hires, ensuring a positive and efficient onboarding experience.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Analytical skills to evaluate and assess candidates effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and client requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
