Job Purpose
This role exists to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies, enabling the company to deliver reliable and high-performance financial solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.Duties and Responsibilities
Major Activities carried out by the role

1. Major Activity 1
• Write clean, maintainable, and effective code under the guidance of senior team members and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of data access layers using Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and Dapper.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of microservices and microapps for scalable application development.
• Use Git and Azure DevOps pipelines for source control, build management, and deployment activities
2. Major Activity 2
• Participate in peer code reviews and learn from feedback shared by senior developers and team leads.
• Support application performance improvement activities through efficient coding and optimization techniques.

• •Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of development activities.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices to enhance technical skills and contribute effectively to the team.Key Decisions / Dimensions
• Making decisions on validation logic, input sanitization, and security practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Implementing effective error-handling mechanisms and deciding on logging strategies for easier debugging and monitoring.
