Job Description

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join Syngenta, where you'll design, deliver, and deploy cutting-edge solutions that transform how we operate globally. This is a multi-functional role offering end-to-end involvement from concept to deployment, working at the intersection of finance,technology, and business transformation.
What You'll Do

Design & Deliver Solutions




- Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for small and large business requirements aligned with Syngenta's GSM standards
- Drive fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders, researching processes and gathering requirements
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and review solution designs
- Collaborate with our System Implementation partners and Application Support teams to ensure successful delivery

Manage Stakeholders & Integration
- Act as the bridge between Business users, IS organization, Business Architecture, and crosstower teams
- Manage cross-functional integration points across Production & Supply, Sales & Distribution, MDM, and Data & Information teams
- Review and approve key deliverables including Solution Design Documents, FRS, and Testing plans

Lead Implementation & Support
- Provide steady-state support for small change delivery
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for business
