JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for supporting the Corporate Legal team by preparing detailed research, summaries, and synopses of legal cases. The role involves maintaining and circulating legal MIS, assisting in policy modifications, and providing legal support for matters related to Adani Schools and Colleges.

Responsibilities

Contract Management & Legal Documentation
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MoUs, Service Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and other business contracts.
- Ensure contractual terms adequately protect the organization's legal and commercial interests.
