We are looking for a passionate 'Career Counsellor' to guide students and fresh graduates in choosing the right internship and training programs at Intouch Quality Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will understand students' career aspirations, explain our programs, answer their questions, and help them throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and job seekers regarding internship and training programs.
Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and skill development needs.
Explain program structure, curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, internship benefits, and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective candidates and nurture leads to maximize admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and candidate interactions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the HR, Training, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.




Achieve monthly counseling, admission, and revenue targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents by providing timely guidance and support.
Resolve candidate queries professionally and ensure an excellent counseling experience.
