Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30-6:30

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, assertive and detail-oriented Client-Servicing intern with prior agency experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for major FMCG and D2C clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring seamless project execution. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requests
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project deliverables and timelines
Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfaction




Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goals
Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met
Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

Education background such as BBA, MBA, Media and Communication, Advertising, PR or any related field
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and close loops effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
Someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving
