Role Definition

Exp -3-4 yrs

Salary -40 45 k

Location- Tardeo, Mumbai central

Work hours & days - Monday to Friday - 10 am to 6pm onsite, Saturday - WFH 10am to 2pm, Sunday - weekend off.

Must have their own device.

Note- Video Specialist is 80% and Graphic designer is 20 % role

The Video Specialist & Graphic Designer is responsible for producing

high-quality, engaging visual assets that align with client briefs and

brand objectives.

While the primary focus is on editing videos and animations for

social media, YouTube, and brand films, this role also requires the

ability to design static and digital creatives to maintain a cohesive

visual identity across all platforms.

Tasks & Activities

Video & Motion

Produce and edit videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics; ensure smooth storytelling, transitions, sound, and thumbnails.

Design & Brand

Create static and digital creatives; maintain brand guidelines, typography, color, and platform formats.

Tools & Trends

Use editing software and AI tools; monitor trends and adopt recent techniques to improve engagement and speed.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work with cross‑functional teams, implement feedback, manage multiple projects, meet TATs, and update ZOHO.

Reporting

Report to manager regularly; keep ZOHO task list current.
