Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Identify, approach, and onboard recent FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, RTD/RTE, and snacking brands.
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation, agreements, listing formalities, and system creation.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor and brand-related communication.
Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders (POs), supply planning, replenishment, and delivery schedules.
Monitor PO status, stock availability, fill rates, and vendor performance.
Resolve supply chain and stock-related issues to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth business operations.




Track inventory movement and support demand planning to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
Prepare MIS reports, vendor performance trackers, and business analysis using MS Excel.
Coordinate with operations, category, and warehouse teams for timely execution and issue resolution.
