Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with sourcing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for open positions

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting background checks
Assist with maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system
Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the company and attract top talent
