Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales and drive conversions.
Handle inbound customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and recommend relevant products.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Understand customer needs, explain product perks, offers, pricing, and promotions effectively.
Handle customer objections and use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales.
Follow up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, orders, and conversions through CRM/lead management tools.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions,



and campaigns to communicate relevant information to customers.
Earn incentives based on sales performance and target achievement.
