Job Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods as per defined processes.
- Manage material issuance to production and other departments in line with approved requirements.
- Ensure effective inventory management through regular stock reconciliation, monitoring of stock levels, and implementation of FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Handle scrap disposal in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.
- Establish and optimize store processes for accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Supervise dispatch and packing operations, ensuring timely and damage-free deliveries.
- Maintain complete documentation for receipts, issues, dispatches, and returns in SAP and WMS systems.




- Lead the Stores team, ensure effective manpower deployment, and develop skillsets through regular training and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless material flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory standards.
- Handle internal and external audits such as stock audits, inventory audits, and compliance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce material handling time, optimize space, and improve accuracy.
