Job Description
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships across India.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across both new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Build and execute effective go-to-market plans aligned with business priorities.
- Establish strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology decision-makers.
- Promote and sell IT Managed Services, Cloud,



and Cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers.
- Manage sales opportunities across key industry sectors including BFSI, Manufacturing, CMT, FMCG, and Emerging SMBs.
- Lead strategic customer engagements from chance creation through deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build compelling solution proposals and value propositions.
- Drive sales governance, forecast accuracy, and KPI achievement across the assigned territory.
- Support team capability development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and best practice adoption.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Sales or Marketing preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in technology sales and business development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT Managed Services, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
