About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated UG students to join our team as Business Development Executives on a hybrid working model. This chance is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in sales, business development, communication, client interaction, and the education sector while continuing their studies. You will work closely with prospective students and working professionals, understand their educational and career goals,



introduce suitable programs, and contribute to the company's growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Connect with prospective students and working professionals through outbound calls and other communication channels.

● Understand their career and educational goals and recommend relevant courses or programs.

● Present and explain management and higher-education programs effectively.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.

● Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.

● Maintain lead information and ensure timely follow-ups.

● Work towards daily activity goals and weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

● Collaborate with the team to improve lead conversion and achieve business objectives.
