Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching through code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Drive career growth and career development through structured feedback and mentorship.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent to build a robust and diverse team.

Technical & Operational Excellence
- Oversee the development of reliable, high-quality, and scalable software solutions across multiple data platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure technical excellence through strong development practices, testing, and continuous integration.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that impede progress or reduce efficiency.





Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with support and sales engineering teams to enhance customer experience and solve complex issues.
- Contribute to organization-wide engineering initiatives that promote innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define and communicate a clear vision that aligns with Fivetran's mission and company goals.

Process Improvement & Culture Building
- Establish efficient workflows, agile practices, and team metrics for measurable impact.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage experimentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
