Job Description
- Create Service Manual (Removal, Labour Time, Flat Rate Schedule) procedure based on design information and vehicle validation information.
- Create diagnostic procedure based on design information and vehicle validation information.
- Validate actual vehicle to collect information for service manual creation.
- Communicate and negotiate with business partners.
- Perform Quality check for deliverables.
- Analyse root cause of error, and establish countermeasure.
- Check effectiveness of countermeasure.
- Report project progress and status to reporting manager.
- Preference will be given to candidate with below skill
- Usage of following documentation tool. (Whichever applicable)
- Frame Maker / Page Maker
- Arbortext Epic Editor
- Acrobat Skilled
- MS Office
- Any CAD software
- Knowledge of basic vehicle components
- Vehicle parts removal & installation skill
- Knowledge in Special Service Tool (SST)
- Wiring schematic / diagram reading skill
