Job Description
- 1+ year of relevant experience is required.
- Really positive understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Good knowledge of cloud & virtualization technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills is needed.
- Certifications in Microsoft cloud is must.
- Test alternative pathways until an issue is resolved.
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
- Should help create technical documentation and manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
- Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
