Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain robust relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their unique business needs and technological challenges.

Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.

Collaborate with sales, account managers, and other teams to identify opportunities for new services or improvements for existing clients.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-notch, secure IT solutions tailored to meet their business requirements.

2. Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks, vulnerabilities, and threats in client environments, driving continuous improvement in security measures.

Implement and manage incident response and disaster recovery plans to ensure the clients business continuity in case of a security breach or failure.

3. Project & Technical Delivery Management:

Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects for enterprise clients.





Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and design to implementation and post-deployment support.

Ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

4. Enterprise IT Infrastructure Management:

Lead the development and maintenance of high-availability, scalable, and secure IT infrastructures for enterprise clients, including network architecture, data centers, cloud environments, and virtualization.

Provide expertise in hybrid IT environments (on-premises, cloud, and edge) and ensure optimal performance, uptime, and cost efficiency.

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, customer success) to align client solutions with business goals and requirements.
