Role Description

Trade W is seeking an experienced Introducing Broker (IB) based in India. The successful candidate will identify, onboard, develop, and support eligible clients and business partners for company-approved products and services.

The IB will manage assigned leads, introduce the IB Partner Program to suitable candidates, support partner onboarding and activation, and maintain solid long-term business relationships. All activities must follow applicable laws and company compliance requirements.





Key Responsibilities
- Contact and manage potential partners assigned by the company.
- Introduce the company's Partnership Program and explain its benefits, structure, and development opportunities.
- Guide new partners through onboarding, training, and activation.
- Support partners in developing their business activities and improving overall performance.
- Maintain structured follow-up records and partner information in the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership development targets.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in B2C sales, business development, CRM, account management, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing company-assigned leads, customers, or account portfolios.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation
