We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales,



tele-sales or lead generation, with robust experience in cold calling and prospecting.

The primary responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, generate qualified leads, conduct outbound calls, understand client requirements, present relevant UWS services and convert prospects into meetings and sales opportunities.

This is a 100% work-from-office role at our Velachery, Chennai office.

B2B Lead Generation
Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries and markets.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email and other sales channels.
Identify decision-makers such as business owners, founders, directors and marketing managers.
Cold Calling & Sales Outreach
Make high-volume B2B cold calls to prospective clients.
Introduce UWS and understand the prospect's business and digital requirements.
Qualify prospects based on business need, potential fit and buy
